screen-shot-2016-10-31-at-9-43-54-amEntrepreneur Paul Nachian believed his knowledge and capabilities were competitive enough to begin his own IT service company. He has had years of experience working for global, high-tech companies and was driven to start his own business. In 2004, Nachian launched Computer Whiz On Call and has stayed in business ever since. Computer Whiz On Call specializes in data back-up, data recovery, virus removal, and hardware and software repair for individuals and businesses.

After years of continual business, Computer Whiz On Call experienced decreasing sales because the buying behavior of Nachian’s target customers changed. Due to an economic crash, consumers spent less money on computer services. However, Nachian remained determined to improve his business. He needed to find a way to gain more customers and increase the sales of his service during this economic lull.
